Return/Refund & Cancelation

Thank you for choosing Nklook for your purchase. We appreciate your support. In order to provide you with the best service possible, we would like to outline our return policy.

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that the item has not been used or fitted, and is returned in its original packaging, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

For a successful return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, free from any damage or alterations. It should be unworn or unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nklook.co.uk. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (please note that we only send labels for faulty or damaged items) and furnish you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please be aware that we cannot accept returns that have not been previously authorized.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
